  • Overview

    The Successful Salesforce Administrator candidate will be a problem-solver who is customer service focused and serve our user community by handing daily cases, break-fixes, data loads, and project work. They will have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, third party applications including, but not limited to, Marketo, DiscoverOrg, SalesLoft. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. They will have both Classic and Lightning UI experience and will have migrated an organization from Classic to Lightning.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Serve as the EMEA system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 500+ users globally
    • Handle all basic administrative functions including configuration, reports and dashboards, and the troubleshooting of break-fix items, including quote, contract, and custom objects
    • Work closely with our Business Applications team in the US to coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new project requests.
    • Assist training of new users, creation and upkeep of documentation
    • Handle user provisioning for Salesforce and third-party tools and be familiar with permission sets, security, roles, and profiles

    Qualifications

    • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and be flexible with changes in priority
    • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
    • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish
    • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and a strong service-minded attitude
    • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes

    Experience required:

    • Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
    • Valid Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201) certified
    • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, Lightning components, and other content of intermediate complexity
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
