The Successful Salesforce Administrator candidate will be a problem-solver who is customer service focused and serve our user community by handing daily cases, break-fixes, data loads, and project work. They will have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, third party applications including, but not limited to, Marketo, DiscoverOrg, SalesLoft. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. They will have both Classic and Lightning UI experience and will have migrated an organization from Classic to Lightning.
