  • Overview

    The Planview Customer Renewal Specialist is responsible for working with customers to facilitate the renewal process from quote to closure. We are looking for a motivated, client focused, high-energy individual with business-to-business, customer success or development experience.

    The ideal candidate would be a detailed orientated and organized individual, with the ability to work closely with the various Planview departments involved with the customer lifecycle.



    • Renewal pricing and negotiations
    • Renewal contracting
    • Managing the pipeline of upcoming renewals
    • Communicating the status of renewals to management via SFCD and other
    • methods
    • Customer-focused communications
    • Partnering with Account Management, Customer Success Management, A/R, Legal


    • On-timer renewals
    • Price increases
    • Customer satisfaction


    • Bachelor’s degree is required
    • Previous sales methodology training preferred
    • Understanding of product solution and licensing model
    • Must be a strong team player
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
