We are looking for someone with a talent for building high performing teams, a willingness to test boldly and fail fast, and an ability to “get stuff done”. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the ideal candidate is someone that is passionate about maximizing near-term opportunities, while also building strategic, long-term programs to increase awareness and preference for Planview products over time.   • Leadership of the EMEA demand generation function across all Planview product lines and solutions
  • Accountability for forecasting and achieving EMEA demand generation goals
  • Development and evolution of a deterministic model that is built for investment, return, and attribution of marketing programs to revenue contribution
  • Measurement, analysis and a cadence of reporting on the lead-to-close process, lead generation program effectiveness and campaign performance
  • Management of an integrated campaign strategy and the tactical execution of those campaigns across different languages and cultural regions
  • Advancement of Planview’s Account Based Marketing (ABM) capability in EMEA
  • Partnership with local Sales Development and Account Executive teams, impacting demand qualification through to pipeline acceleration and close
  • Work closely with product marketing, digital marketing and corporate marketing to align efforts from top to bottom of the demand funnel and ensure message optimization
  • Set team strategy, staff for scale and develop the skills and career paths of team members


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred
  • 10 years of hands-on demand generation and management experience, preferably in enterprise software or technology; ideal candidate is currently operating at director level
  • Two years of practical ABM experience, including working knowledge of the ABM technology stack (orchestration, predictive, ad tech)
  • Demonstrated experience and depth of knowledge in latest B2B demand generation trends
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and rules-based nurturing
  • Experience and passion for performance optimization, specifically using A/B or multivariate testing for conversion rate improvement
  • A collaborative and passionate leader, able to provide direction, inspiration and experience in assessing, managing and building high performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and metrics driven decision making
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills, effective in both formal and informal settings
  • Global team leadership experience - this role is based in Stockholm, Sweden with direct reports operating around Europe and supporting teams across the globe
  • Ability to work and execute in a fast paced, dynamic environment
