As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of the Planview sales process. We are looking for a well-organized, goal-orientated individual who will be responsible for designing and delivering trainings for Planview sales teams. This individual will be collaborating with the executive team, sales managers, and cross functional teams to build enablement programs. This person must demonstrate past successes in designing, developing, and facilitating training, coaching reps to achieve quota, managing projects, and honing sales processes. You will assist in the coordination of key project deliverables by helping track, communicate progress and deliver successful projects within the sales team. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues.
The position will report to the Director of Sales Enablement and is located in Stockholm, Sweden. The candidate must live in Stockholm.
Must be a leading contributor individually and as a team member, taking initiative, and providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving many aspects of the company positioning as well as the overall solution.
