Overview

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of the Planview sales process. We are looking for a well-organized, goal-orientated individual who will be responsible for designing and delivering trainings for Planview sales teams. This individual will be collaborating with the executive team, sales managers, and cross functional teams to build enablement programs. This person must demonstrate past successes in designing, developing, and facilitating training, coaching reps to achieve quota, managing projects, and honing sales processes. You will assist in the coordination of key project deliverables by helping track, communicate progress and deliver successful projects within the sales team. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues. 

The position will report to the Director of Sales Enablement and is located in Stockholm, Sweden. The candidate must live in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

Strategy/Development

  • Determine how content should be created and presented to various sales teams across industries and capabilities.Working with the operations partner develop and Implement a strategy to fully leverage sales enablement tools ensuring all information is easy to find and readily accessible at point of need from any device
  • Help in the selection and deployment of technologies to be used by the Sales-force to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements to systems and processes to continually raise the bar on sales execution.
  • Manage project plan to budget and timeline and communicate regularly to various stakeholder groups on progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Simplify for scalability & self-service: Challenge the status quo in organizational set-up, coverage, processes, automation and services within and beyond your organization, consistently looking for simplification.

Governance

  • Determine and implement content governance best practices and guidelines and ensure that content adheres to the proper governance/curation requirements and ensure compliance across all contributors.
  • Facilitate and lead Governance meetings with content owners
  • Help manage a content repository of sales assets in conjunction with content owners to ensure a centralized repository of materials that meets the needs of the sales organization

Adoption/Communication

  • System Training preparation and delivery as required
  • Maintain sales facing deliverables including program documents and Operating Plan.
  • Foster sharing of best-practices as well as standardization across regions and teams
  • Develop and Implement a communication plan to engage, inform and drive adoption of sales content

Qualifications

Must be a leading contributor individually and as a team member, taking initiative, and providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving many aspects of the company positioning as well as the overall solution.

  • Superior cross-functional collaborator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to quickly establish rapport and credibility at all levels and across geographies within an organization
  • Relevant experience developing sales tools and enablement plans
  • Knowledge of sales content distribution systems (Savo, Seismic or others) and sales communication methodologies to recommend strategies for improved adoption
  • Must be proficient in CRM (Salesforce.com), Microsoft Office and document design and editing tools
  • Comfortable and able to learn new software quickly (ex. InDesign, Adobe Captivate)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner
  • Swedish and English – business level written and spoken
  • College degree required

    • Knowledge of adult learning principals and instructional design
    • Experience with Project, Portfolio or Resource Management
    • Experience in Software Sales in some capacity
